Mechanism of Action:

Venetoclax is a specific inhibitor of the anti-apoptotic protein BCL-2, which is overexpressed in several malignancies. By inhibiting BCL-2, it restores the natural process of programmed cell death (apoptosis), which results in the demise of cancer cells.

Dosage and Administration:

Ikra is taken orally once per day, with food. To prevent tumor lysis syndrome (TLS), the dosage is progressively increased over several weeks.
